Being humbled by my creator , i have come to also understand that despite the difficulties of life on the outer banks, i would still purchase property there if i had the chance. I cannot explain it. but the sirens call has definitely reached me for so many years. I would take the chances, stay during evacuations, and make my home there, despite all.
